We've done our best to cover everything throughout our awesome store but we know how inquisitive our customers are and you may have some unanswered questions. We've popped a few extra questions and answers below but if you have something niggling and you want to know for sure, contact us! That's what we are here for.
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. We aim to move orders quickly through our system. Afterall, how exciting is it to receive a parcel in the mail?! Most products ship within 2-3 working days however some products have longer delivery times. Please look on product pages as it will be listed there. If we are experiencing delays for any reason a notice will be placed on the homepage.
Q. Can pick-up be arranged?
A. Yes. We are located in Glen Alpine, NSW 2560. In the checkout in the 'shipping' section, there is a dropdown menu. Please select 'Pick-up'. Pick-ups are only available at an agreed time, please contact us to arrange a time. Please be aware that during peak periods this may be switched off and pick-up may become unavailable. This is so we can focus on the high volume of orders that need to be shipped in a timely manner. Please contact us if it is urgent and bring donuts!
Q. I've ordered an item that is on pre-order can I order other items with it?
A. Yes. If you purchase other items in your order, these will all be sent together when the pre-order arrives. If you need an item urgently, we suggest you place a separate order.
Q. Where is my receipt? I've received my order but there was no receipt.
A. In our bit to protect the environment we no longer (or it is very rare for us) send receipts with your products. We conducted a survey on Facebook some time back and the majority of our customers said they throw them in the bin! When you place an order with us you receive a receipt of your purchase via email with your order number on it. This is your proof of purchase. Please make sure you type the correct email address in with the correct spelling.
